The Namie Foundation Joins Forces With Gambia's Vice President to Revolutionize Education!

On August 1, 2023, The Namie Foundation, led by Chairman Alhassan Susso, met with the Vice President of The Gambia, Muhammed B Jallow, at the State House in Banjul. The meeting aimed to introduce the foundation's efforts in complementing the government’s work, particularly in the education sector. Vice President Jallow, an educator himself, welcomed the initiative, recognizing its role in enhancing educational development.
The Namie Foundation has already partnered with several local and international organizations, including the Ministry of Basic and Secondary Education and The Gambia Teachers Union, and plans to expand these collaborations. The Vice President pledged the government's support for the foundation’s goals, emphasizing the importance of motivating teachers to ensure long-term educational success in The Gambia.
